Clear prices for staying in Le Mans.
Prices are for the whole cottage, up to four guests, with cleaning included. Tourist tax is added separately.
Weekly special price: 10% discount on 840 €.
Amounts
Tourist tax is added.
- 2 nights: 240 € + tourist tax.
- 3 nights: 360 € + tourist tax.
- 4 nights: 480 € + tourist tax.
- 5 nights: 600 € + tourist tax.
- 6 nights: 720 € + tourist tax.
- 7 nights: 756 € after 10% discount + tourist tax.
Booking and deposit
Payment only after validation.
- Availability, dates, guest number and final price are manually confirmed before payment.
- A 30% deposit on the validated rental price may be requested, excluding tourist tax and any security deposit.
- The deposit can be paid by secure online bank card payment via an individual SumUp link, by bank transfer with bank details provided, or by postal cheque payable to Jacqueline GERRIET.
- The booking becomes effective only after the stay has been validated and the deposit has been paid.
- The remaining balance is paid on arrival by bank card, cheque or cash.
